Hi, I'm Ben. If you're feeling stuck in a cycle of anxious thoughts, burn-out, and it's hard to switch-off at the end of the day, I'm here to help. Through our conversations you can take steps to lasting change and experience the peace of mind you're looking for.

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist with a passion for honest conversations that change lives. I've worked with many people who find themselves stressed, tense, and filled with doubts - about health, relationships, work, money and self-image. Through our conversations I've watched them develop the skills and tools to find more peace and calm, feel more in control, improve their relationships and ultimately to transform their lives.

Importantly, I am someone who dealt with anxiety for many years. I'm also somewhat of an introvert who was initially resistant to counselling - and eventually found it to be completely life changing.


I know what it's like sitting on both sides of the therapy room and I'm all too familiar with the same worries that come up in the anxious minds of my clients. 

My approach to therapy focuses on something called Posttraumatic Growth -the response to challenging and traumatic life events that results in positive personality change: strength, resilience, courage, self-awareness, authenticity, and more engagement in life. My personal interest is in the intersection between brain science, wisdom traditions and the use of altered states of consciousness for personal development and health.
